Hello, I am an Estimator working for Balfour Beatty Homes and would like to get a typical cost per m2 for Natural Birchover Stone. As an example please base your cost on a recent completed development at Cardinshaw Road, Matlock (adjacent to golf club) for Waterloo Housing (postcode DE4 5PX). Also, can this be laid by a bricklayer or does it require the services of a stone mason. Please also advise of any special mortar requirements. Many thanks, Pardeep
