Alpine Gems has been in business since 1965, providing sculpting alabaster and rough lapidary materials including obsidian, agates, jasper, onyx and similar materials. We have established a reputation for our excellent stone quality and large variety of stone.  We mine all of our own stone, providing to you the best possible price for the stone.  We have shipped thousands of tons of rough stone to hundreds of customers all over the world from our Utah headquarters. Our stone yard is located in the beautiful Summit, Utah, off I-15.

 We are known for our translucent orange and raspberry red alabaster, and thousands of sculptures which have been made by hundreds of artists, including Native Americans.  We are suppliers for many sculpting supply businesses, as well as direct to sculptors.  Larger customers get better pricing than customers buying in smaller quantities.
