Southern Quarries (SQ) is a mining company specialized in the extraction of granite and hard stones blocks which has had presence in 4 continents during more than 15 years (1995-2010). During this period of time, SQ has kept a professional team of geologists scouting vast areas of land, looking for commercially viable stone deposits. Through the years, a competent group of engineers and quarry technicians have turned raw deposits into productive quarries.
SQ has always kept up with new developments in quarrying technology and equipment, and has also developed its own “know-how” to give specific solutions for specific challenges that occur at each particular quarry. Last, but not least, an expert team for handling and logistics facilitates the movement of blocks from origin to global markets in a timely, orderly manner.
