We as Balmahmut Marble Co. Ltd. is located Afyon- Turkey. Our company has been running business since 1986 and known to be as the one manufacturer and exporter of Loranda Travertine which is famous with its lightness and strenght.

History:

Orhan AYVA, who is the founder of our company started the business in 1986. His initial focus was mainly domestic market as a trader. But shortly after seeing the opportunity of travertine for export, he invested in travertine tile production by establishing factories, first in Denizli and later in Afyonkarahisar. His success in manufacturing travertine tiles lead him to get involved in quarrying business in Karaman county, a travertine quarry which has been active since then. His son Erdal AYVA and his daughter Hatice AYVA undertook the company when Orhan AYVA passed away in 23.03.2009. While we continue to quarry from our Karaman travertine quarry and sell blocks, we also continue to export semi–finished product from our factory in Denizli and finished products from our factory in Afyonkarahisar. In addition to our travertine quarry, we made a recent investment to a Silver quarry in Isparta where we are selling blocks from and produce cut-to-size dimensions for domestic market as well as international market.
