Product Description
The company has quarried Finnish granite since the 1960s, mainly in Southeast Finland. The company was known as Louhinta Tielinen Ky, until it changed its company form into a corporation in 1999, and adopted the new name LT Granit Oy.
LT Granit Oy has two granite quarries producing Baltic Brown in Yl?maa. A New Balmoral quarry is located in Valkeala, and Karelia Red is quarried in Virolahti. Virolahti and Valkeala are both in Southeast Finland. The company has also other quarry sites. A large part of the quarried raw material is exported to Italy, Spain, China and Poland.
