We have 600 square meters showroom and 6000 square meters factory in the Stone World, Xizhihe, Beijing. We own five slate quarries: S1120, P014, P010, P018 and P015. There are over 40 different kinds of slate products that we can offer. Stars Stone products could meet European Market standard, also qualified with Chinese National Standard, BS680 and also ASTM.

Stars Stone provide wide range of stone products as Roofing, wall cladding, and flooring. Furthermore, we produce irregular shaped products such as slate mosaic, various patterns, mushroom shape. We are good at customized orders with different finishing: Calibrated, un-calibrated, split, saw cut, tumbled and honed.

Averagely, we export around 80 containers monthly. The products mostly are sent to US, Canada, West and North Europe Market. As well as, some new growing markets such as Southeast Asia, Middle East, East Europe and Australia.

2. Do you accept retail order? What is the minimum quantity?
Yes, we accept retail order. The minimum quantity is a half 20 feet container.

3. Do you also make customized design?
Yes. We do any dimension for customized products, especially for slate mosaic.

4. What is your port of loading?
Normally, we ship from Xingang Port Tianjin.

5. What is your product led time?
1) Usually, a 20 feet container takes around 10 - 25 days

6. What is your Quality Control Procedure?
1) We have over 18 years experience in stone industry.

2) We have really well-trained technician team and workers.
3) We have our quality control team in every process line during the production. They are responsible for picking up defect items as well.

4) Customers Inspectors are welcomed visiting and checking products themselves.

7. Are you sure the packing will be safe enough?

What If the goods damaged during the transportation? Who will be responsible for?
Yes, we are sure our product packing is safe enough.

Usually, we use strong wooden crates for outside packing, and carton boxes inside of the crates. In addition, we buy "all risks" insurance for every single shipment. If unfortunately the goods damaged during the transportation, we help our customers refer to the insurance company to claim the damage. However, If the damage occurred due to the fault of our packing, we take the responsibility.

8. What is your acceptable payment?
We accept L/C (Letter of Credit), and T/T (Telegraphic Transfer)
