“Davali” Open Joint Stock Company, being an independent legal person, operates on the basis of the Civil Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Law “On Joint Stock Companies”, its own Statute and other applicable legislative acts.
Company has gone through state registration at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan on 18 December 2001 being awarded with Certificated № D-3334. Its organizational-legal form is open joint stock company. It is located at the address: 212, Yukhari Dairavi street, 2-ji Alatava, Yasamal district, Baku city.
“Davali” Open Joint Stock Company is multiple-discipline manufacturing enterprise. There are skilful experts employed in the company – well-known artists, painters, stonemasons, sculptors, metal works craftsmen,engineers working with workbench and equipment.
Stones are being extracted in the form of blocs from rock quarryof Gulbakh (Guldagh) mountain located on Absheron peninsula 70-80 kilometers away from Baku at the expence of the Company and brough to production shops and various types of products are being produced. Gulbakh stone, compound of which consists of 70-80% of calcium carbonate and compound of which is free of other chemical components, is widely used in coating of buildings in architectural, classic and modern style, preparation of balance for handholds of ladders.
