Water and rainwater harvesting grate which can be installed either along the swimming pool perimeter or into the exterior decking. It has been patterned to offer durability, long life, drain efficiency, safety, luxury finishing and reasonable price.

The major advantage of this grate is that it can be easily removed in order for the channel to be cleaned.

It can be produced in different sizes with the most common dimensions being 61x25x3cm. The narrowest grate can be 17cm wide while the widest grate’s dimensions are 80x60x5 cm.

It can be produced either in rectilinear pieces when it is required to cover curved channels or in absolutely curved pieces pattered to fit even free-shape pools. All our marble grates are pattered to fit free-shape pools and can be perfectly customized to your swimming pool. All you have to do is send us a drawing of your pool or an autoCAD file and we’ll calculate precisely the number of pieces required for your project. The size of the items that compose a swimming pool will be the ideal one, in order to eliminate differences during installation.

Sand-blasting is considered as the most common finish for the grates with other types of processing being always available.

Repeated waterproofing treatment is suggested when it is proven that protection has weakened. Waterproofing can be applied either at the factory at a cost, or, on site after installation, in order, to protect the joints between the accessories.

All our products are calibrated and can have a deviation of no more than +/- 0,5mm while they also undergo flexural strength and free resistance testings.

The grate is accompanied by an anti-shock tape, named “Armaflex”, which should be placed beneath the grates in order to ensure optimal installation.
