Landscaping Stones

At Raadvad Stenhuggeri ApS perform all kinds of natural stone work.
Natural stone is a most beautiful and natural material, and it lends itself especially well for outdoor use. We have extensive experience with both large and small stairs, decorations for house and garden, gardening and handicrafts.
We make sockets for many Danish artists' sculptures, often stands also for the setup of the larger sculptures. Watch movies from the setup of the sculpture "The returnees" HERE
As a stonemason can not help but be inspired by different stone color games, shades and shapes. Stone is despite his hard and cold outer material with an incredible diversity. It is fascinating to work in a material that has broken out of the ground, where it has been formed through millions of years. Several of our stonemason come work in their spare time on his own sculptural works, especially in granite which is a natural stone with a myriad of udformelses opportunities.
At Raadvad Stenhuggeri we work mainly in Scandinavian and Northern European natural stone, but also in, for example, Italian and Spanish marble.
