Their open frame, gooseneck, facilitates placement of the stone. Also it facilitates splitting because the stone can be manipulated several times with ease
Semi standard machinery, configurable tailored, this means that on a machine model it is possible to apply blades with various lengths of blades and cylinders with various splitting powers.
The tools adjustment that characterizes the blades allows splitting of materials with irregular surfaces following the shape of the stone. Thus distributing the force uniformly, provide excellent quality of the split.
The possibility to regulate the cylinder's stroke gives the advantage to increase production by avoiding downtimes.
The adjustable mobile workbench ensures a split in line thanks to its lowering during the descent of the blade. The resistance to the descent is adjustable in function of weight and type of the stone.
