The extraction capacity of all 12 quarries combined was in the year of 2015 around 30,000 m3.
10,000 m3 big blocks of Sivec Extra – A
5,000 m3 smaller blocks of Sivec Extra – A
And the rest in others qualities
All 12 quarries are equipped with the latest technology marble extraction machinery and facilitating vehicles, operated by a specialized work force of 350 people, almost all year round.
Within the area of the quarries, there is also situated a huge open-air stone yard for blocks, a machine-works building for the quarry’s machines and vehicles mechanical repair and maintenance works, covering an area of 1,500,000 m2.
