Product Description

Soapstone, here called Pietra Ollare, is a material, which had been quarried in Chiavenna (near the border with Switzerland) since the ancient Roman times.

We directly quarry and manufacture soapstone, producing floor or wall covering tiles with different sizes and thickness.

The stone finishing considerabily varies its color from a light gray (sanded) to dark gray (brushed).

Floor tiles are sold beveled and packed in boxes ready to use.

Wall covering tiles are sold mainly in the format cm 10 x free length x (only) 0,5 !
