A: Samples can be sent for your reference, but charge is required, after making formal order, the cost of samples will be cut from the total amount.

Q 2: What if we order small quantity for your items, will you accept it?
A: We understand that it is not easy for you to order big quantity for a new item, so in the beginning we could accept small quantity, to help you open your market step by step.

Q 3: I am a distributor, company is small, we don't have special team for marketing and design, can your factory offer help?
A: We have profession R&D team, marketing team, and QC team, so we could provide assistance on many aspects, such design brochure special for you, design color box and package, and even when you have some special situation which need a solution for special bathrooms, our team could provide help as much as they can.

A: We have a full modernized production line, and our capacity will be up to 10,000 items per month.

Q 5:What are your payment terms?
A:We accept 30% deposit by T/T, the balance before loaded.
