Our Workshop

At our workshop, you can see our master carvers creating stone crafts very carefully.

The stone blocks need to be cut by big saw first, and then most complicated parts are carved by hand. For plain and simple stone pieces, we use machine to cut them to make them straight. But machines can only do some simple and easy works, if all products are made by machine, everything will be the same, but nothing is very beautiful and special. Humans can make up this disadvantage of machine because humans have ideology and imagination, we can make everything very beautiful and fancy as we imagine, the products with humans' imagination will become very lifelike, which we call ARTWORK.

Each carver at our workshop is very good artist, they make very hard and dead stone life and beauty, all stones carved by our master carvers are very charming and lifelike, even you might miss them in your dream or a long time later after you see them. When you see them, you may say "oh, that's amazing!", which is our goal to do this job.

Our Workmanship

Quyang City is known to be the birthplace of stone carving art in China. All sculptors working in our factory have inherited their superb craftsmanship from ancestors tracing back many generations. There are more than 100 master carvers who have carving stones by hand for more than 20 years. Packing & Loading

While finishing packing the products, we have two methods to carry cargos to the port. We can transport the well-packing crates to the port directly and load into the container there. We can also carry one container to our factory and load container at our factory, after loading, we will carry the container to the port by trailer truck. Normally for loose container, we need to send the cargos to the port and they are loaded in port with other cargos, and for full container orders, normally we arrange loading at our own factory, which is much safer and better for cargos.

1. What is MOQ (Minimum order quantity)?

We can accept not only full container orders but also loose container orders. We ship lots of loose containers to USA,UK,Canada,Australia and some other European countries in loose container also.even one piece of fireplace, statue or flower vase or fountain. so please do not worry if you just want to take one or two pcs of products.,please be free to contact with us even you just want to take one piece, it is acceptable to us.

2. What is lead-time?

With regard to the processing time, normally it takes 25 to 35 days for us to finish one full container of stone carvings, which depend on the quantity of designs and materials. If the designs are kind of simple, the lead time could be shorter, if the designs are quite complicated and customers require very top quality level, the lead time needs to be a little longer. About the shipping time, it depends on the destination port.

3. Can I place a bespoke order?

Yes, we accept orders against to your specific needs. Actually most of the stone products that we produce are customized. For very popular designs and customers do not need very accurate dims for all stone pieces, we can finish the products with only a few pictures(front view and side view) and some critical dims. If the clients need very high quality and special requirements about dims, it is better to provide very detailed CAD drawings or plaster models as some of our customers do.

4. How can I get samples?

We can send some samples of our different stone materials to our customers. Some time we can also send some side block carvings or small special carvings as samples to our customers to check our carvings quality. Normally we provide samples for free for our customers if the quantity is not very big and it is not too much trouble for us, but our customers need to pay for the express cost by themselves.

5. Payment term:

Normally we charge 30% to 50% deposit before production which depend on materials and designs, the rest payment will be balanced against copy of bill of lading within 10 days.

6. Progress Following:

We will send very close pictures of each step to our customers during production for their confirmation, if they have any questions or problems with the products, we will have enough time to correct the problems or issues. Meanwhile our customers could monitor all progress of their products through this way. In this way we can resolve the problems at our own factory and do our best to avoid leaving the problems to our customers’ jobsite.
