This planter along with many others we carry can be custom made into a unique fountain water feature

Packaging & Shipping

Payment

By irrevocable L/C at sight or TTR 30% advance deposit when placing the order, and the balance 70% should be pay within 3 days in advance when receive the copy documents such as Bill of lading, packing list and Invoice via email or fax.

Delivery

Usually within 4-6 weeks upon receipt of 30% deposit or L/C information from our bank, please inform us your order or delivery plan as early as possible for more accurate shipping window.

Samples

Samples will be provided to you within 10 days if they are available, or if not, and they need to be manufactured (and possibly a new mould made), then it may take up to one month

Sampling lead time is within 3-4 weeks upon receipt of advance deposit or confirmation for making samples.
Samples are subject to reimbursable charge.
Samples and freight cost for sending samples will be at buyer or representatives of the buyer side unless being discussed and agreed between both sides in advance.
Size variation +/-5% is acceptable due to handmade products.

Responsibility

We remain responsible for customer satisfaction at all times. However, our control of the container ends at FOB or CIF. Normal damage and breakage in transit are beyond our control after this time.
Under normal freight conditions, there is negligible or a maximum of 3% breakage.
