Packing is an integral part of all Granite Marble exporter Company. We use good quality wooden crates, thermacol, bubble sheets and all other packing material, so that your goods reach you without any hassle, breakage or scratches. Large Marble Slabs and Large Granite slabs are packed in wooden crates. Polished Faces of Indian marbles & Granites are properly covered, and All possible care is taken to ensure that polished granite slabs and polished marble slabs reach safely to their destinations.

Depending on the requirement & unloading capability of our client – we customize the packaging of the material inside the container – to suit the customers' requirement.

The various kinds of packaging & stuffing that we do are

Packing of tiles and slabs

The packing of tiles and slabs are done after its inspection. The packing depends on its sizes and according to the size of the container.

The tiles are normally packed in cardboard boxes or thermocol boxes put in wooden crates and slabs are packed in iron A- frame or wooden crates as per requirement of the customer.

Container dimensions:

Width = 7.7 ft = 92 inches = 234 cm

Length = 19.50 ft = 240 inches = 610 cm

Container height = 7.7 ft = 92 inches = 234 cm

Slab Packing

Tile Packing

The slabs are packed in iron A Frame or a

wooden crate.

Wooden crate dimensions:

There are two types of wooden crates - Wooden crate for gang saw slabs and wooden create for vertical slabs.

Gang saw slab wooden crate dimension:

Width = 21 cm

Length = 240 cm

Height = 230 cm

We can accommodate:

2 cm slab = 10 slabs

3 cm slab = 7 slabs

4 cm slab = 5 slabs

Vertical slab wooden crate dimension:

Width = 44 cm

Length = 180 cm

Height = 114 cm

We can accommodate:

2 cm slab = 22 slabs

3 cm slab = 15 slabs

4 cm slab = 11 slabs

The tiles are packed in cardboard boxes, Thermocol boxes which is packed in wooden crates.

Wooden crate dimensions:

There are two types of crates for standard size of tiles :

Crate 1 (for 30.5 x 30.5 cm) = 97 x 750 x 700 cm (inner size) & 985 x 850 x 850 (outer size)

Crate 2 (for 60.5 x 30.5 cm) = 102 x 650 x 700 cm (inner size) 105 x 75 x 85 (outer size)

1’ x 1’ tiles

1 box = 10 tiles (Can be card board or Thermocol box)

1 crate = 36 boxes

1 container = 24 crates

2’ x 1’ tiles

1 box = 6 tiles (Can only be card board box)

1 crate = 24 boxes

1 container = 28 crates
