Q1:Can you design for us?

A1:Yes, we can design CAD drawings with colors once you confirmed the size and the stone colors. In this CAD drawings you will see how it looks like.

Q2:Is there any difference between the drawing and the production goods?

A2:Yes, bcs stone is natural, as for design photos it is looks like more uniform, more idealize on the colors. Natural marble looks more natural and have more or less not perfect than the design. But it will let you feel more comfortable, because it is NATURAL.

Q3:How Long is for production?

A3:Usually it take around 25-35 days for production a project. If the quantity is more , the production time will be also more.

Q4:What is the thickness of the goods?

A4:Thickness for waterjet can be used by original stone or the laminated composited.Following some popular thickness for your reference.:A: by original Stone thickness in 14mm,16mm,18mm,20mm,30mm and other special shapes.B: by composite thickness. The composite material can be Pocerlain Tiles, Granite, Aluminium, etc. Top with granite or marble for carving. But usually composite is only used for marble products or some other exotic stone products to save the stone cost and to make the marble more stronger. 100% of the marble need to be composite. It will be also good for installation, much more safe and easier for installation.

Q5:How do you segment of the water-jet?

A5:Usually for Water-jet , there is Square-shape, Round-shape, and other Geometry-shape. We can devide from middle, devide by the Fan-shape , devided by the Geometry-shape.Most 60" and 70" medallions are made as a single piece to eliminate the seems. Larger inlays may come in several segments. All large inlays pre assembled at the factory to verify precise fit of the pieces.

Q6: How much of the Waterjet Price?

A6:To be honest it is a very difficalt question for factory to answer. Bcs for same photos if the size difference the price will be difference. Waterjet price is both depends on the material, the design, and the liner meter of the drawing. Most of the Waterjet design is custom made. So once you have choose the design pls also send us the specification of the design, then we can caculater the price.

Q7:What is the size of the waterjet Medallion?

A7:Parquet tiles sizes are also listed in the model description. Custom sizes available.Stone medallions standard sizes are 24", 36", 48", 60", 72" and larger. Stone medallions can be scaled to any larger size and all most order is custom-made.
