SlimSlabs - 8mm Thick Slab Of Granite

SlimSlabs? is a 8mm thick slab of Granite, or other select stones with qualifying hardness factors. The thin slab is backed with a resilient fiberglass skin, which provides significant support at less than half the weight.
SlimSlabs? is great for shower surrounds or remodelling, where profiles are exposed, providing all the benefits of full size slabs. This material is excellent for granite countertop transformations, allowing for easy remodeling and unique installation demands. Like all of our materials, SlimSlabs? can be coordinated with any other StoneSheets? products. SlimSlabs? is available in sizes 48" x 96" (122 cm x 244cm) and weigh only ~160 pounds at full size. We custom cut all of the pieces for your project, or provide you with the material to shape yourself.
The revealed face of StoneSheets? brand materials is solid stone, without the vulnerability or interruption of grout lines that tile applications create, and without the need of structural reinforcement to install. The installation of SlimSlabs? is fast, providing coverage for up to almost 32 square feet per piece, making application easier than ever before and in a fraction of the time. Use typical adhesives - just like tile installation !
