We will use very strong wooden crates to pack slabs and tiles, the wooden plate should be 8cm width and 2cm thick, the bed plate should be 9cm width and 9cm thick, to avoid any damage for the surface, will use thick foam to separate the slab or tile, then take all packing photos for confirming by our customer.

We usually ship the products from Xiamen Port by sea, we can deliver the products to any nearest port from you, the delivery time is about one month or one and half month, it depends on the distance.

1- Are you factory or trading company?

Our factory is locaked at the world stone centre-Shuitou Town, it takes only 40 minutes by car from Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport to our factory, always welcome to visit our factory at site!

2- How can you make sure that your quality can meet our requirements?

Luxury stone is different with normal material, we will select the block according to customer’s requirements then take clear photos to confirm. During production, we will send the photos and videos to our customer to let them know how is going with the quality.

3- What is your MOQ and can we get good prices?

Our MOQ is 1PC, yes, we will offer the same price for MOQ and wholesale, just little higher cost for the packing.

4- Can I get a free sample and how long it will take to receive?

Yes, we will send you sample without any charge for you, even no express freight, it takes about one week to receive it.

5- What is your payment terms?

Normally 30% in deposit, the balance against the copy of BL; Irrevocable L/C at sight is also available for us.

6- Can you supply customized service?

Yes, customized is available, we will make the CAD drawing according to your requirements and numbered every tile, then layout all the products according to the drawing.

7- How is your after-sale service?

If there is any broken or damage products, we will send you the alternative to help you finish the work, we also offer the install instruction if requested.
