Packing Details

After the stone slabs have been processed and inspected by our QC department, they are carefully packaged to protect them during transportation.

For transportation by truck, we use iron bundles and for transportation with containers by sea we use wooden bundles. They are all secured with shrink wrap to avoid any possible damage to the slabs.

Emadi Stone Company may distribute their products to wholesalers, retailers, or directly to customers and the packaging can be different depending on the customers’ business type.

Tiles are packed in special wooden crate, after that, foam is used between all the tiles and all pallets are secured by straps to prevent any possible damage. Marble tiles and slabs are typically packaged carefully to ensure that they arrive at their destination in good condition.

The packaging of tiles and slabs is very different, but both of them must be carefully checked so that all the stones have the necessary security to be sent to the projects. One of the most important points in the accurate packaging of orders for export is the material used in bundles or packing boxes.

Due to the different weight of the stones, the material used to make a bundle or to make a box should be of the best quality so that this bundle or box can withstand the weight of the stone for very long distances in a container or in trucks.
