Manufacturing Process of Quartz Stone Slab

- Purified quartz granules and powder go to the mixing machine, together with unsaturated resin, pigments and antibiotic substance.
- After mixing and blending, the mixture is poured into molds of 3050*1450mm (120'*57') or 3250*1650mm (128'*65'). Under vacuum and vibrating condition with high temperature and high pressure in a press, the mixture is finally formed into hard solid slabs.
- Slabs are moved to the Calibrating Machine to grind in required thickness. Then follow to be water polished.
- Rugged edges are clean-cut by Automatic Cutting Machine.
- Finished slabs are strictly controlled in quality and classified. ONLY grade A is used to export with Wooden Crate/Wooden Frame.
