About Quartz Stone

1. Technical details:

a). Ingredient:

Natural quartz powder: 93% (purified)
Unsaturated polyester resin: 5%
Color and antibiotic substance: <2%.
Note: the main ingredient of quartz powder is silicon dioxide which is of very high hardness and acid and alkali resistant.

b). Production process:

- purify the quartz powder and mix with environmental-friendly resin, color and antibiotic substance

- all go to the molding machine, in vacuum, with high temperature of 500 degree, high pressure and vibration

- quartz slab goes to calibrating machines, to make the exact thickness

- quartz slab goes to polishing machine, one side is water-polished

- further cutting in the edges

- quality control, classify the Grade A and Grade B. Only Grade A is exported.

- plastic filming in the surface for protection and wood-frame packing

c). Advantage:
