Portoro Agglomerated stone Engineered Stone Slabs

Engineered stone (US name) is also commonly referred to as agglomerate or agglomerated stone, the last term being that recognised by European Standards (EN 14618), although to add to the terminological confusion, this standard also includes materials manufactured with a cementitious binder. The quartz version (which end consumers are much more likely to directly deal with) is commonly known as 'quartz surface' or just 'quartz'.

b)-Cut-to-size:60-80pcs pack in a seaworthy crates (after fumigation)

c)-Countertop, Vanity top:12-25pcs pack in a seaworthy crates,each surface cover with PE film (after fumigation)

d)Stair Step:80-120pcs pack in a seaworthy crates, each 10-15pcs a bundle (after fumigation)

How is Unisun Stone made?

1. Classified & Purify

Raw materials are classified and purified to ensure the quality before mixing.

2. Mixing

Raw materials are fed into mixers and blended together. Different colors have different time-table.

3. Molding & Pressing

The mixture is poured into mold and formed into block sizes, then pressed under a condition of vacuum and vibration process.

4. Cutting

After 8-15 days drying, we cut the block into slab according to customer’s required.

5. Polishing

Slabs are then gauged, calibrated and polished.

6. Quality Inspection

Slabs will need to pass the quality inspection before packed and labeled.
