Care & Maintenance
Daily cleaning
- Use a mild detergent and a soft damp cloth to wipe the surface of the sintered slabs to remove dust and stains. Avoid using detergents containing abrasives, strong acids and alkalis to avoid scratching or corroding the porcelain slabs.
- For stubborn stains, use a dedicated slab cleaner and follow the product instructions for cleaning.
Avoid scratches
- Avoid scratching the surface of sintered stone slabs with sharp or hard objects, such as knives, metal cutlery, etc. Use a cutting board when cutting food to prevent scratches on the surface of the slab.
- When moving furniture or other items, be careful and gentle to avoid scratching the slab.
Prevent high temperature damage
- Although sintered stone tiles are resistant to high temperatures, you should also avoid placing hot pots and kettles that have just been taken off the stove directly on the slab. You can use an insulating pad or trivet to prevent local overheating from causing discoloration or cracks on the porcelain slabs.
Regular maintenance
- Wipe the slab regularly with a clean soft cloth to maintain its surface gloss. You can use a special care agent for porcelain slabs to maintain it to enhance its waterproof and anti-fouling properties.

Other
Sintered stone slabs is a new type of high-end decorative material with many excellent properties and is widely used in the field of architectural decoration. The following is a related introduction:
Raw materials and production process
- Raw materials: mainly composed of natural quartz, feldspar and other inorganic non-metallic minerals and some additives.
- Production process: After crushing, grinding, mixing and other processes, the blank is made by vacuum extrusion molding technology or dry pressing molding technology, and then fired at high temperature. The firing temperature is usually 1200℃ - 1600℃.
Characteristics
- Excellent physical properties: It has extremely high hardness and wear resistance, can withstand heavy impact and daily use friction, and is not easy to scratch. At the same time, it has high flexural strength and is not easy to break.
- Strong chemical stability: It is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, not easily eroded by chemical substances, and has good tolerance to daily detergents, cosmetics, etc. Moreover, it has excellent stain resistance, dense and non-porous surface, stains are difficult to penetrate, and it is easy to clean.
- Good high temperature resistance: can withstand high temperatures, can directly contact high temperature objects, not easily deformed or cracked due to temperature changes, and can withstand open flames.
- Environmentally friendly and healthy: no harmful chemicals are added during the production process, no radiation, in line with relevant national environmental protection standards, and harmless to human health.
