Product Description

TERRAZZCO® Groutless™ EZPour Epoxy 158 is a pigmented, 100% solid (VOC free), two-component epoxy resin system. TERRAZZCO® Groutless™ EZPour Epoxy 158 matrix has been formulated to cure with fewer pin holes reducing the amount of labor required in the grouting phase of any terrazzo project. This factor leads to lower labor costs and lessens the time needed to finish a terrazzo floor installation. In addition to dramatically fewer pin holes during the installation process, the terrazzo is also less likely to develop new pin holes commonly caused by regular floor maintenance during the life span of the floor. When combined with an extensive variety of decorative aggregates and poured in place to 1/4” or 3/8” nominal thickness, it yields a highly decorative terrazzo flooring system. Groutless™ EZPour Epoxy 158 provides incredible sustainability and high resistance to wearing while also being resistant to bacterial growth. The product also has the lowest life cycled cost of any flooring system available. Crack-resistant installation of TERRAZZCO® Groutless™ EZPour Epoxy 158 can be achieved when installed in conjunction with a TERRAZZCO® moisture vapor mitigation MMS 950 and flexible membrane FM 528.

Packaging Details
