Product Description

Two-component thixotropic epoxy adhesive, with inert mineral fillers, formulated for consolidating blocks of granite, marble and natural stone before the sawing.

FIELD OF USE Consolidation of stone blocks and slab filling.

PROPERTIES - Excellent adhesion - High resistance to weathering and acid rain - High resistance to solvents, acids and basic environments - Almost nil shrinkage - Low odour threshold - Suitable for the application of fiberglass net for reinforcing slabs

WARNING - Avoid the use and the bonding at temperatures below 10°C/50°F - It doesn’t adhere to silicone - It doesn’t adhere to polyethylene - It doesn’t adhere to some plastics - Use tools perfectly clean and not polluted by other substances (rusty knifes, etc.).

HOW TO USE

PREPARING THE SURFACE. Carefully clean the surfaces by removing any dust and loose parts and alien substances.

PREPARING THE MIXTURE. Mix thoroughly component A and component B exactly in the ratio indicated A:B=100:100. Mix by mechanical tool working at low rpm, equipped with helical mixer, till to complete homogenization of the mixture. Always recover any part of A and B adhered to the walls of the mixing container and mix it for complying the correct ratio A:B quoted below.

APPLICATION. Spread the mixture with a spatula / putty knife on clean and dry surface. Apply at temperatures higher than 10°C/50°F After 24 hours it’s possible the displacement of the piece/block

IMPORTANT - Do not use mixture already in the process of gelation - Never put back into the can the not used mixture - Store at temperatures between 10°C and 30°C / 50°F and 86°F - The hardening becomes more rapid at higher temperatures and slower at low temperatures

MIXING RATIO Component A : Component B = 100 : 100
