Top Cut 500 comes with 3, 4 or 5 axis CNC interpolation by PC computer and user-friendly software. The 4 and 5 axis are able to import dxf files for the automatic cutting of different counter shapes such as "L" shape, curves, circles, inside and outside corners thanks to a extra vertical spindle that mounts a finger bit, interpolated with the disc.

Main spindle is a powerful direct drive 24 HP motor capable of tilting from zero to 90 degree and can mount discs up to 20". All axis are driven by brushless digital motors with servodrives which are connected to the axis digital card that controls the entire machine. Software is very user-friendly and the operator can make simples cuts in manual and automatic, step cutting, cutting of mouldings, and executing jobs from dxf files .

Pendant Panel, adjustable height, with Color Monitor and mouse connected to PC. Table is also made of cast iron with two hydraulic pistons for tilting up to 85 degree, locking positions every 45 degree and brake system for locking it at any other degree, precise by 1/10 of a degree visualised on the monitor.
