This machine is designed to blow air onto the upper and the lower sides of the tiles at high speed and pressure. The upper side of the input material is first washed with clean water to remove any residues from previous processes, then it gets cleared by a cross rubber strip. Subsequently, it moves forward on a roller conveyor equipped with cross top/bottom blow vents.

The use of multiple blow vents with variable setup allows for the optimization of machining conditions for many different sizes.
