Introduction
The equipment adopts CNc configuration PLc panel, step-less speed regulation workbench roller assisted feeding, and track-type rubber clamp for conveying stone materials. it has manual and automatic operation modes. lt can complete the processing of different sizes and thicknesses of stone materials at one time, including upper and lower R-rounding + fixed thickness + side throwing, upper and lower chamfering + fixed thickness + side throwing, large bevel + side throwing +front R-rounding, horse belly edge + upper and lower R-rounding linear shape and rough grinding, fine grinding, and polishing in one step. The brightness after processing is higher than the brightness of the layout. The grinding wheel can be automatically compensated during the operation, and the feeding speed and amount can be adjusted during the grinding process. The maximum processing speed is 5m/min, and it eliminates the process defects caused by workers during processing.
