This blade is manufactured by fully hot-pressing, which help to guarantee a longer wear. Soft bond provides extremely fast cutting speed. It's especially designed for cutting porcelain tile,tile ceramic tiles.... This blade have very good cutting performance and also make sure it has a clear edge. Common sizes for super thin porcelain blade are 105mm, 110mm, 115mm, 125mm. In order to ensure you can install different angle grinder,we offer 20mm and 22.23mm arbor hole for the porcelain blade

We have full and mature sinter pressing line for manufacturing super thin blade, production quantity can be 1000 pieces per day. For batch order, we can give you a acceptable delivery time.

If you wanna making finishing package for the blades, we can offer you laser markings and silk-screening markings. Outer package can be blister plastic box, or with stickers. In addition,we can help to design final package if you need.
