This router bit is helical compression diamond pcd router bit, specially for laminated wood cutting, such as laminated chipboard and MDF, melamine wood panels cutting. Diamond bits last for long time bits, it is great for large quantities products producing, With diamond, the initial costs are greater, but after 1-2 services is where the pricing lowers.

PCD Nesting Tool Features:
1. Suitable for profiling, rebating, grooving and aperture forming
2. Use on MDF, HDF, hard natural timber, raw, veneered and laminated particle board, plywood, hardboard and solid laminates
3. Use in fixed head, NC or CNC routers only.
4. Segmented tip (Compression cut style) with Diamond plunge tip as standard.
5. Upcut and downcut shear to prevent edge breakout on veneers and laminates.
6. Can be re-sharpened for extended life.
7. 24000 RPM recommended speed with approximate feed rate of 5 – 15 metres per minute.
