Q1:How do I choose blade diameter?

A:These diamond saw blades are most commonly available in 4” to 10” diameters. The smaller, 4” to 5” diameter saw blades are often used in hand-held grinders while the larger sizes are often used with circular saws and tile saws.

Q2:Can these electroplated diamond saw blade be used dry?

A:The saw blade can be used both under dry and wet conditions. wet use is preferred to improve the cutting efficiency and enhances tool life.

Q3:What should I do if the diamond saw blade become very hot?

A:When dry cutting, do not make long continuous cuts with the diamond blade. Allow for some cooling time every few minutes. As a general rule of thumb, the harder the material is, the more cooling time it should be given.
