Wall Cladding Anchors, Stone Fixing System

Application: Undercut anchor is widely used for facade projects, to fix various kinds of stone tiles, such as ceramic tiles, marble, granite, crystal tiles, especially for thin tiles.

Materials: Undercut anchor and screw are made of stainless steel 304; stainless steel 316.

Brackets are made of aluminium 6063-T5; 6061-T6

Benifits:

1.The screw-in undercut anchor is consisted of an anchor sleeve, a pcs of screw and a flange nut.

2.Anchor sleeve and screw length have to be matched to the hole depth required and to the panel bracket chosen.

3.The anchor sleeve is expanded to its original dimension by inserting the screw to a controlled depth, so that the sleeve sits snugly against the undercut section of the hole in the facade panel.
