Lom V Horni Lipove - Lipovsky Mramor- Lipov Marble Quarry

The quarry is located in the cadastre of the municipality of Lipová - Lázně, in the forest, on the northeastern slope of Mramorový vrch hill. It is accessible from an asphalt road turning west from road number 369 in Horní Lipová, from which a field road leads south after approx. 300 m, which skirts the contour of Mramorový vrch, after approx. 1 km it crosses the railway line between Horní Lipová and Ramzová and immediately behind via the viaduct, a branch leads west into the forest towards the quarry, which is about another 500 m away. After mining in a relatively small three-storey quarry, the marble blocks are transported to stone workshops in Zlaté Hory for processing into products of noble stone production.
