Macroscopic description: A compact and fine-grained lithotype with a dark ruby red groundmass containing darker yellow areas. The lithotype is characterized by a main millimetric vein white and/or yellow and a secondary network of small sub-millimetric veins mainly in yellow, that associated to the intense color, gives the stone a warm and inhomogeneous appearance.
