Description:
Stoneycombe is primarily a soft pink, light red stone with hints of grey and swirls of rich cream, filled out with intricately shaped crustaceans and corals for added depth. Small cream calcite veins make sure that this stone is never bland.This is a Devonian Limestone, found in the same areas as two other Britannicus stones, Ashburton and Moorcroft. The colours of Stoneycombe limestone hark back to a bygone era.
