Urban Invest Ltd.

Urban Invest, founded in 1990, is the biggest producer of concrete paving elements and Mosaic Stone tiles in Macedonia and in the Balkan region. Over the last seventeen years, Urban Invest has become one of the major players in the construction materials industry in Macedonia and neighboring markets, through its diversified production program, highly educated staff, new and sophisticated production technologies and highly developed ecological and social business approach.

In 1993 Urban Invest bought the equipment for production of concrete paving elements (concrete paving blocks, curbs and other decorative concrete products) and became the only producer and installer of this kind of construction materials in Macedonia. Shortly after, the company’s products became synonymous for concrete paving elements in Macedonia (the current market share of Urban Invest in this segment is estimated at more than 50%).

Over the last seventeen years Urban Invest achieved respectable growth, expanding its business activities into other construction industry segments. In 2000, the company started production of Mosaic Stone tiles, the last generation of terrazzo tiles. In 2002, the company started with engineering and construction of modern residential dwellings in one of the most attractive areas in Skopje, the capital town of Macedonia.

The production plant of Urban Invest is located in Vozarci, near Kavadarci, on a total surface of 15.000 m². Urban Invest currently employs 200 employees, very well educated and highly qualified for their positions.
