2013 yılının 6. ayında Adıyaman Müsiad üyelerinin almış oldukları karar neticesinde, Adimer A.Ş. kuruluşunun somut adımları atıldı. Bunun neticesinde Adıyaman O.S.B.'den 24000 m2 yer alınarak, Adıyaman'da son yıllarda açılan 16 mermer sahasında çıkartılan ancak bloklar halinde yurtdışına satılan mermerlerimizin bir kısmını nihai ürün haline getirip gerek plaka gerekse ebatlı ürün olarak ihraç etmeyi, bununla birlikte, hem katma değeri hem de istihdamı artırmayı planladık. Dünyada mermer nasıl işleniyorsa Adıyaman'a da öyle bir tesis kurduk.
