Our family business from Ihan in Domzale, is named Stonemason Mežnar passed down from generation to generation, and there are already more than 100 years.
Today the 5th generation of products manufactured from natural stone. This is evidenced by a pillar, which is still kept, older than 100 years and the basin of holy water with engraved year 1904, which is located in zakolisju Ihanska church. George.
The reason for that is in Ihan developed our stonecutting, is that there was once a quarry. From Ihanska stone was inter alia made an altar at the Ljubljana cathedral, which still retains its original shape.
