Company Description
J. Mendes Nobre. It was formed in April 1986, based in bencatel, municipality of vila viçosa, a family company with 21 active workers. He initially began to devote himself to the sale of scrap and extraction of marbles, but which currently has a vast knowledge in the area of the marbles, having abandoned almost completely the sale and marketing of scrap.
Today, Marbossera it's an important name, we sell to important markets all over the world, and we have the source of pink portuguese marble. Our major production are blocks, but we also sell slabs, and, we also produce some floor tiles by order. We export more than 75% of our production to markets like Italy, Algerie, Egypt, Cote D'Ivoire, Saudi Arabia, India and China.
Our goal for 2014 is to find new partners in China and other countries in Asia, to show them the beauty of the Portuguese Marble, like the Pink, the Cream, and other colors from our quarries.
Our company is located in the south of Portugal, near the border to Spain in a region called Alentejo, near the city of Vila Viçosa.
