Compass Natural Stones is a company which invests and focuses on the commercialization of premium and exclusive stone products. It was founded by the father of the company's current CEO, Felipe Gandra, under the name of Multi Service, whose main activity was the cutting of ornamental stones for commercialization. After the experience with Multi Service and the emergence of opportunities in the luxury stone export segment, Felipe Gandra began to study the new markets of the segment where he identified himself in the international market.

Combining his expertise and interest in the international market, Gandra has created a new ornamental stone export company focused on excellent quality, high value-added, and mainly, exclusive materials, whether the quarries are in Brazil or in other countries. In addition to operating in the export segment for distribution companies, Compass has an international and entrepreneurial profile and also aims to establish partnerships with international constructions.
 The company’s services are of curatorship, since it will only commercialize specially selected products, and consulting, which includes referral of suppliers in case the customer does not find the needed product or a similar.
