Company Description
Our company is a family business, and in 1950 passed as a subcontractor. Since the 1980s, Abdurrahman MERCAN's Mercan Ocakları İşletmesi has grown by strengthening every economic aspect. In the period of 1976-1983, Afyon undertook the bridge function of block marble exports.
Since 1984 our company MERCAN MERMERCİLİK San. Tic. Imp. And Ihr. Inc. Continued to operate under the name. Since 1996, we have been supplying machines and equipments suitable for the technology of the day, producing quality raw and finished plate marble.
Our factory has 10.000 sqm area and has 2.000 sqm covered area and 500 sqm service building. 80% of the production in our factory is produced from our own quarries and 60% of our annual 200.000 m² production is supplied to inner and outer market as 2 cm and 3 cm thick plates. 40% of the building is also prepared to be constructed and installed to the service of the consumer.
