In the granite sawing process, the block is sliced by Italian looms, in cuts that vary from two to three centimeters. Computers operated by qualified professionals follow the process and check the parameters of the plates. The loom machines are also electronically controlled, which optimizes production time.
The polishing process consists of removing the micro cracks from the plate, in order to create a smooth and opaque surface. A polisher of 20 satellites does the job that generates the shine in the material. In the machine it is also possible to control the type of polishing to achieve different textures and give the granite a final shine. In this way, a smooth, opaque and impermeable surface is created.
