L'Associazione Nazionale Le Donne del Marmo welcomes women who work personally in the marble sector and related technologies.

The innovative aspect and its international dimension and the privileged point of view where the different professionals who revolve around natural stone meet and therefore owners of quarries, companies for the transformation of materials and for the production of technologies, geologists, engineers , architects, designers, but also artists, journalists, photographers, managers of associations and specific trade fairs in the sector, who promise to make marble a complex experience, made up of geography, history, local culture, tradition, but also emotions.

The Association - founded in Verona in 2006 - promotes various cultural activities: conventions, seminars, conferences. Since 2007, it has given an award every year, the Donna del Marmo Award, to those who have contributed with their art, professionalism or dedication to the diffusion of the use of marble.
