Because of the inherent variation in tile and stone products we cannot guarantee that your order will be identical to the showroom sample.
Most tiles are categorized in lots and there can be significant differences between lots. We therefore encourage you to plan for future needs when purchasing.
Because product variation is subject to interpretation, installation constitutes acceptance.
