Founded in 1995, La Ensenada, C. por A. is a company dedicated to the production of marble and Coral stone, as well as selling imported granite and marble in Dominican territory. It actually possesses seven exploitation and exploration quarries were it rounds up the marble and stone collection from the Dominican Republic. One of our goals is to demonstrate the quality of Dominican stones in the competitive international markets. As a proof of this, we are very proud to announce that since 1996, our MARFIL CARIBE has substituted over 30% of the import demands all the way from Europe to Puerto Rico, as well as other Caribbean countries and cities to which we export: Virgin Islands, St. Lucia, Venezuela, Florida, etc. Since February 2002, La Ensenada uses high precision block cutters that comply with ISO 9001 quality standards, with top of the line technology, in a very modern and ample processing plant for cutting and finishing of marble and Coral stone.
