These are the tenets that are metaphorically carved in stone for us. Today our passion is to offer the best in the world of granite with a relentless determination to go beyond the obvious and create a relationship. Thats been our vision and dedication.
Right from the day of our inception in 1972, we have passionately followed these principles. Starting of operations with a partnership firm called Pallava Granite Industries (PGI), this entity is also the flagship company of the Group.
While our sights were first set on the South Arcot District in Tamil Nadu for Black Granites, our quarrying operations successfully expanded to other south Indian states.
During this period, under the aegis of PGI we had rendered ourselves pioneers in the quarrying industry and remained one of the few names that exploited the export market of Black Granite.
There was also an emergence of a group of companies, which are today an integral part of Pallava. These include:
Pallava Granite Industries ( India ) Limited :
Based in Manubolu in Nellore District of Andhra Pradesh, this entity was started in 1995 to exclusively handle Granite Slabs. This fledging company is a 100 Export Oriented Unit and has registered a commendable growth in the area of exports.
Pallava Minerals Limited :
This Company exports Granite Blocks and finished products of bought-out materials from outside sources on trading terms.
