Company Description
Jordan Marble & Granite Co. was founded in 1973 and had established its first factory in Abu Alanda, an industrial zone in the South East of Amman.
After 10 years of planning and intensive studies of social and economical development of Jordanian Community, the company transferred its Factory and Head Office to another area, where expansion will be possible to meet the planned progress of business. With this step, new machinery, including Gang Saw Machine for block cutting, was introduced.
On completion of pre planned schedule of development, the company started in 1988 to execute the second phase, including which, another hanger was built on 4000 s.q.m another Gang Saw Machine for marble blocks cutting, and one for granite, with them slabs polishing machines, and bathrooms tiles production line were also presented as the only line in Jordan and area.
In the middle of 1991 the company started the 3rd phase of expansion including which two big Gang Saw machines for marble were added and two slab polishing machines also. This phase was completed in May 92, with which, we are capable to respond to local market demands and export activities.
We proudly can say that Jordan Marble & Granite Co. is becoming with such level of capability, one of the leaders, not in Jordan only, but in the whole area.
