In 1955 Ahmet Remzi Dinçer began his career in marble mining by laboring in the marble quarries on Marmara Island. Through many personal sacrifices and a sound work ethic, Ahmet Remzi Dinçer, the founder of the Dinçer Group of companies, has built one of the most respected marble production businesses in the Turkish marble industry.
Today, his sons manage the companies, which operate under the names Dinçer Marble, Inc., Tür-er Construction Co., and Odabasıoglu Energy, Inc.
Dinçer Marble began by operating quarries of the finest quality marble on Marmara Island. Today, our services have expanded from mining raw marble to include the cutting of marble and the production of finished goods, with factories located in the historic marble centers of Istanbul and Marmara Island. For nearly half a century, Dinçer Marble has been a growing competitor in the world marble market.
