Our organization is formed by people with necessary qualifications and long-standing experience. We are a Company with a fresh outlook on business matters, with a management system that allows us to react to the changes that surround us, with clearly specified goals and stable capital foundations. The connection of these elements into one, well-operating whole allows us to perform our goals and build up our capitals.
The goals we have defined lead us towards modern technologies and innovativeness within the branch and give us the possibility of meeting the market challenges and of meeting the needs of our customers. Innovative technologies do not only stand for products of the highest quality, but also for their lower costs and, most importantly, they stand for a smaller contamination of the natural environment and the possibilities of its protection. The battle against contamination of the environment is a challenge for us. We want to perform our actions in a way which gives us the best results in the fight against its degradation.
Through our work we want to provide all of our customers with products and services of the highest quality. Having in mind market processes, constant changes and various turbulences we will try to build long-lasting relations with our customers based on stability, understanding, trust, flexibility in cooperation and business ethics. Our customers include both institutions and individuals – they form two separate distribution channels, have a separate sales policy and separate market characteristics. Thanks to our own mines and logistic centres we are able to process our customers’ orders with the biggest effectiveness and at the highest quality level.
Above all, our company and our customers consist of people. Therefore the goal of our organization is to build long-lasting business relations between us and our customers. We want to achieve this thanks to a stable employment policy, through trainings and thus by raising the qualifications of our personnel, which builds positive interpersonal contacts within our Company and outside in the environment that surrounds us.
